I have been teaching social studies in the Grove City Area School District since 1998.  During that time, I have taught grades 7 and 8 at the middle school for 12 years and grades 9, 10, 11, & 12 at the high school for the past 10 years. 

I am a graduate of Mercer High School (1994).  I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in secondary education from Grove City College (1998).  I earned a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Duquesne University (2008).  I have also completed graduate courses in School Libraries and Information Technologies from Mansfield University.  I am a Level 1 Google Certified Educator.

During my teaching career, I have taught: World Geography, American Civics & Government, U.S. History (Pre-Columbian through the 19^th Century), World Civilizations, and World Religions.  This is the first year I will be teaching History of the Modern World.
