• GC2040 District Wide Facility Study

The Project Communications Committee was designed to create an internal sounding board as we work through the process and planning of the renovation and addition that the District anticipates to occur on our current Hillview Intermediate School site. It is important to note that this committee is not intended to be a design decision making group. Rather, they are a gauge for the design architects and District administration to help determine the most effective methods to plan communication systems and activities for stakeholder engagement.

The committee is comprised of administrators, teachers, parent representation, community representation (via elected school board representative), architects, and construction management firm staff. The committee meets multiple times each month to discuss engagement of staff, students, and community as well as providing various lenses of perspective regarding the project moving forward.
