Kindergarten Registration Details:
The policy of the Grove City Area School District requires that all kindergarten children entering school for the upcoming school year must have their fifth birthday on or before September 1st.The following information is required:- State Issued Birth Certificate
- Student Health History
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency - completed District of Primary Residence Certification form
Physical and dental exams are also required. District Registration Details:
District registration is done at the Registration Office in the Sr. High School during regular school hours. However, the office is only open on Tuesdays throughout the summer. When registering your student, please make sure that you bring the following information:1. State Issued Birth Certificate2. Health History3. Immunization Records4. Proof of Residency - completed District of Primary Residence Certification form- Homeowner - two (2) proofs of residency in the name of the parent/guardian- Deed or mortgage document or recent real estate tax bill or closing document- Utility bills for services that are connected to the residence by pipeline, wire or cable (i.e. water, gas, electric, cable TV, or borough bill)- Renter - two (2) rental proofs of residency in the name of the parent/guardian- Lease or Landlord Verification Letter- Utility bills for services that are connected to the residence by pipeline, wire or cable (i.e. water, gas, electric, cable TV, or borough bill)- Multiple Occupancy - Student and Parent living with a District Resident- Homeowner - two (2) proofs of residency in the name of the parent/guardian- Deed or mortgage document or recent real estate tax bill or closing document- Utility bills for services that are connected to the residence by pipeline, wire or cable (i.e. water, gas, electric, cable TV, or borough bill)- Renter - two (2) rental proofs of residency in the name of the parent/guardian here- Lease or Landlord Verification Letter- Utility bills for services that are connected to the residence by pipeline, wire or cable (i.e. water, gas, electric, cable TV, or borough bill)- Completed Grove City Area School District "Multiple Occupancy Form", but do not sign.
